Before establishing MS&F, he spent five years as a financial consultant at the Madrid-based firm Research Associates and served as director of International Business Promotion (EA), Ltd’s Nairobi office in Kenya for two years. During this time, he actively collaborated with all kinds of international bodies and institutions.
In addition to specializing in corporate finance and strategy, Luis has been directly involved in numerous territorial and business development projects in Spain, Latin America and Africa throughout his career.

Education

He holds a Bachelor’s in Economic and Business Sciences from the University of Zaragoza and an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid. In 1989, he was awarded the MAC Group Award for the most innovative consulting project, standing out among competition from other international business schools.

Before joining MS&F Associates in 2015, he worked in the public sector for 15 years, holding several senior positions, including manager of the Aragon Government’s Madrid office and general director of commerce for the Aragon Government. He participated in several initiatives in this field that had a significant impact on regional economic development, leading to notable growth in international trade and inter-business trade.

Prior to his public sector roles, Juan Carlos was a director of various private companies, primarily in the high-technology industry. Additionally, he has attended a range of conferences at prestigious British conference centre Wilton Park and served as an observer of both the EU and OSCE.

Education

He graduated from California State University, Northridge with a degree in Economics and Political Science, holds a Master’s Degree in East Asian Studies from the UOC (Barcelona) and completed the Advanced Management Programme (AMP) at IE Business School in Madrid.

He held several positions in financial management and management control at the multinationals TECNO S.p.a. and IDEA Madrid S.A, and at Caja Madrid. He also gained experience in consulting, including a role as a senior consultant at P&A Consultores.

He graduated in economic and business sciences from the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM), specialising in financial planning and procedures, auditing and stock market operations.

Balancing his responsibilities between his occupation and serving as Associate Professor of business law at the University of Zaragoza, a position he held from 2002 until 2022. He is also a regular speaker and participant at various professional conferences. He serves on the board of directors of over 20 companies, as both legal advisor and chair, across a wide range of sectors.
Before founding Segura & Garcia-Figueras Abogados, Manuel was an associate at the prestigious law firms Uria & Menendez Abogados and Garrigues Abogados.

He holds a law degree from the University of Zaragoza, certified as a professor from the Doctorate Program.

Alfonso has held numerous positions in business development and international trade throughout his career, mainly in companies specializing in infrastructure machinery, and he has played a pivotal role in expanding and opening up new international markets. Additionally, he served as executive director of ENARCO, S.A.’s Mexico branch for two years.

He holds a BBA in Marketing and International Trade from CESTE Business School (Zaragoza).

She collaborates closely with the different external teams involved in each project. Throughout her extensive career, she has contributed to a wide range of national and international projects across multiple fields.

She holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Abertay University Dundee (Scotland) and an MBA from the European Business School in Aragon.

Before joining MS&F Associates, he worked as a consultant and project manager, leading projects in sectors primarily in the building and energy sectors in his capacity as operations manager.

Since joining MS&F Associates in 2012, Belen has been responsible for finance, tax and accounting management. Together with her team, she ensuring the effective management of MS&F Associates’ projects and clients from a financial and accounting perspective.
