DEVELOPMENT
Throughout our history, the sustainable energy sector, particularly our management of energy-related projects has always played a pivotal role in our business.
- Contributed to the development and administrative process of building two combined-cycle power plants with a total capacity of 800 MW
- Actively participated in the commissioning of numerous biofuel production plants in Spain, achieving a combined output of over 250,000 t/year
- Led the development of a geothermal plant in Azerbaijan with a capacity exceeding 4 MW
- Developed several wind and solar farms between 2002 and 2010, with a combined capacity of over 1.3 GW, both in Spain and internationally (USA, Mexico, Poland, Malta and Azerbaijan, among others)
Thanks to the experience we have gained and our deep commitment to the sector, we took the initiative in 2013 to establish Compañía Energética Aragonesa de Renovables, SL (CEAR) as a limited liability company. MS&F is currently the majority shareholder and oversees the day-to-day management of the company.
Following the successful completion of wind and solar projects with a combined capacity of over 800 MW, CEAR has cultivated excellent relationships with strategic partners and leading funds in the renewable energy sector, contributing significantly to numerous new projects in this field.
